Jessica Aguilar is a Mixed Martial Artist. Jessica Aguilar is the Women’s Strawweight Champion with the World Series of Fighting. Jessica is ranked number four as the women’s Mixed Martial Arts fighter. Jessica made her Mixed Martial Arts debut in 2006 where she fought Lisa Ellis. She lost that fight when Lisa Ellis put her in a rear-naked choke hold, which led her to go into submission. In 2013, Jessica “Jag” Aguilar signed on with World Series of Fighting, and she was the first female to sign up with the World Series of Fighting. Her first fight with the World Series of Fighting was against Alida Gray, where she won the fight in the first round, which led her to win the WSOF Women’s Strawweight Championship.

Jessica  stays involved with her favorite charities. She raises money and awareness for all of her favorite charities. Her favorite charities include:
Sweethearts & Heroes: Sweethearts & Heroes is an anti-bullying organization that believes in educating individuals on the impact that bullying has on schools, neighborhoods, and all individuals. All money raised goes to raise awareness of bullying. Jessica Aguilar assists this charity organization with donating money and time.

Tommie Cares Foundation: The Tommie Cares Foundation is a non-for-profit organization that builds communities and assists individuals with special needs with adventures. The Tommie Cares Foundation is one of Jessica’s favorite charity that she volunteers for, and raises money and awareness.

Jessica  lost her father when she was six years old. One of her brothers was killed in a car accident when she was sixteen. Jessica didn’t go to college, because she had to go to work to help support her family. She worked at a blood bank, then a correctional officer in Oregon.

Jessica  is open about her bisexuality. She has been living with her girlfriend for over a year. Jessica kept her sexuality a secret throughout high school, and in 2006, she let her family and friends know. Her mother did not approve. Her mother asked her about it one time, and has never asked her again. Her girlfriend convinced Jessica to become a vegan.

Jessica said when times get hard for her she depends on the support from her family, girlfriend, coaches, and her fans. It is hard for women to succeed in Mixed Martial Arts fighting. Male fighters typically earn more money than the women fighters, and sponsors prefer men over women, but Jessica has several sponsors, which include; Boca Tanning Club, Firedog Energy Drink, and Mayersohn Law Group. Her sponsors provider her with enough money to pay her trainers, coaches, and travel expenses.
