Ronda Rousey Makes Fortune 40 List!

Women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey continues to hit the headlines for all the good reasons. This lady’s star continues to shine, and recently she was named to this year’s Fortune magazine’s list of 40 Under 40. This magazine names forty people under the age of 40 who standout for measurements of wealth, power, achievement, ambition and influence.

In addition to her financial success in 2015 and success inside the UFC’s Octagon, Forbes also recognized Rhonda for her growing appeal, influence and popularity outside the cage. “Her influence is broadening fast: She’s hit the big screen three times, with major roles in Furious 7, The Expendables 3, and the Entourage movie, and she’ll play the lead in a forthcoming remake of Road House.

She made a surprise appearance with her friend Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson at WrestleMania 31 in March, delighting WWE fans. And she’s inspiring women everywhere with a recent speech about body image that has been viewed 3.1 million times and was played on-stage by Beyonce in September,” they write.

Rousey stood out as the only professional athlete named to this year’s list and may her star continue to shine.
